• Shipping costs and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable

Subscription & Repeat Orders

Subscription, recurring, or repeat orders are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise required by law.

Eligible unopened items may still qualify for return approval on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
